Receive AI-powered investment insights
Monitor risk and sector allocation

IMPORTANT: Portfolio Analysis is NOT a SEBI registered Investment Advisor. All information, analysis, and AI recommendations provided by this platform are for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Nothing on this platform constitutes:

Investment advice
Financial planning advice
Tax advice
Legal advice

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
One person may not maintain more than one account

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Free plan is available with limited features
Pro plan is available at ₹199/month or ₹1,799/year
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Refund policy: 7-day refund for annual plans, no refund for monthly plans after 48 hours

6. DATA AND PRIVACY

We collect and store portfolio data you provide
We do not sell your data to third parties
We do not execute trades on your behalf

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this service to:

Violate any applicable laws
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

8. TERMINATION

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Portfolio Analysis shall not be liable for any investment losses incurred based on information provided by this platform.
